What we do
On a valid notice we will investigate promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and disabling Reconstruct for the relevant entitlement where abuse is clear. We may notify the user who submitted the material. Counter-notices may be submitted in good faith where permitted by applicable law.
Reconstruct
Reconstruct is for recovering motion you own or are authorized to process — see the usage policy and Terms §4. We do not market Reconstruct as a tool to clone third-party or competitor work.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under applicable law (including 17 U.S.C. §512(f) where it applies).
